St. Bruno Contemporary Music Group

We've been busy. This year, in addition to providing our normal Sunday
evening mass music, we've also been playing other places.

In April we played for the St. Bruno Junior High Retreat. This was a fun
time for both the kids in the retreat and us. We played at the beginning
of the retreat in the school courtyard and later we played under the
dinning cover. We had some light rain, a bonfire and music which helped
give the kids some reflection time after a long day.


In June we played at a mass at the Fred C. Nellis facility in Whittier.
This is juvenile correction facility and they don't receive many
visitors. The mass went well, especially as one of the kids made his first
communion and another made his confirmation.

This isn't all work and no play.
We do take time to enjoy a meal together.
